Cosimo is the founding principal of Crupi Law Professional Corporation. His preferred areas of practice are commercial real estate law and business law. He has extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions, including land acquisition, financing and development, and in retail, industrial and office leasing. He also advises clients at all stages of business operation and development, including startups, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, shareholder relations and general business law matters. Cosimo has a varied and eclectic clientele ranging from small and well established family-owned businesses to large businesses with a national presence.

After graduating from the University of Toronto (St. Michael’s College) in 1977 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, Cosimo attended the University of Windsor where he earned his Law Degree in 1981. He was called to the Bar in 1983.

For Cosimo, the best part of practicing law is the close relationship he enjoys with his clients. He personalizes that relationship by recognizing each client’s unique style, interests and needs. Cosimo is always available and accessible to his clients and gives practical advice that is tailored to each client’s business. 

Family and community are of paramount importance to Cosimo and the firm. He is a devoted husband and father and a proud supporter of several community organizations and causes. Cosimo is also a road bike enthusiast who enjoys spending his free time away from the office cycling the mountains in Europe.
