Wills and Estates Law:
Crupi Law’s Wills and Estates law practice encompasses estate planning and trust and estate administration, including issues important to owners of closely-held businesses, real estate investors, and corporate executives.
We prepare plans to help our clients keep assets available to pay taxes and other obligations after death, ensure the orderly transfer of business interests, and protect business interests from creditors. As part of our trust and estates practice, we prepare all types of wills and trusts, family limited partnerships, charitable donations and related documents.
Our Wills and Estates practice includes a wide range of related services, such as:
- preparing applications for Certificates of Appointment (commonly referred to as “probate”);
- arranging for the management and distribution of assets;
- negotiating with creditors; and
- assisting and advising Estate Trustees or Personal Representatives with matters for their inception to their completion.
